Our certification programs are compliant with the American Heart Association (AHA) and American Red Cross (ARC) guidelines. However, passing the course requires active participation and successful completion of the skills assessment. We reserve the right to withhold certification if the required standards are not met during the training session.
We understand that emergencies happen. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
